Well, here are a few things you need to know. Manufacturing and mobile home financing can work different depending on the type of manufacturing mobile home situation you are buying. If you&#8217;re buying a manufactured home or mobile home where you do not own the land, you have to get a different type of financing specifically for mobile homes.
