Mortgages have factors pulling on them. The economy and high inflation are trying to pull rates upward. At the same time, the COVID crisis and easy-fed money policy are trying to pull rates down. So what should you do? You should understand that rates are moving around the same area and will probably be in the same area for a while. So if you&#8217;re looking to do something financially with mortgages, look to other parts of your life when you&#8217;re deciding if you need to do something with your mortgage.
