Are TikTok Resumes the Future of Job Hunting?

TikTok resumes, TikTok resumes are a new thing that’s being tested right now. Target, Chipotle, and others are part of this program. And in the article by Multi-Housing News, I commented about it. I think TikTok resumes have a place. I think they have a place for jobs that take imagination jobs, that are creative. However, for other jobs, I think they can be used to create unconscious bias. So I’m not really for them in those instances. I think one-minute clips sometimes just helps somebody filter someone out. They think they just don’t fit immediately into a company. So what do you think about Tik TOK resumes coming down the line? Is that something you think is great?
